Use of this site

This website is provided for general information about Wreckedify and its services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.

Information, not a guarantee

Content on this site describes what Wreckedify is designed to do. It is provided as general information and is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or performance.

Applications

Submitting an application is a request to be considered for work with Wreckedify. It does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Any engagement begins only under a separate written agreement between you and Wreckedify.

Billing, renewals, and cancellation

Some of what Wreckedify sells is a one-time purchase and some of it is a subscription. The Blueprint and PostTrace are one-time. The monthly plans, The Table, The Loop, The Circuit and The Gateway, are subscriptions, and so is every service bought on its own from the menu. PostTrace’s install is one-time. If you keep PostTrace after a monthly plan ends and want us to maintain it, that maintenance is a $50 monthly subscription. Which one you are buying is stated on the page you buy it from and on the checkout page before you pay.

A subscription is a recurring payment. It renews automatically on the same date each month at the price you agreed, and keeps renewing until it is cancelled. Volumes are monthly totals. Unused volume does not roll over into the next month.

Cancelling a monthly plan

There is no minimum term on any monthly plan. You can cancel a monthly plan any time, with no notice period, by email to adam@wreckedify.com. Your plan stops at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.

PostTrace

On its own, PostTrace is $900 once, and the Blueprint comes first. We send a private payment link after your Blueprint; it is never sold on this site. For founding clients, the install is included with any monthly plan: it starts on day one if you prepay the first two months, or once your second monthly payment clears. Maintenance is included for as long as you are on a monthly plan. After a plan ends, it is $50 a month if we keep it running for you, or free if you maintain it yourself. Either way, PostTrace stays yours.

Menu services

What we need from you. Email Marketing needs your own email list and an address we can send from, on your own domain or an active Gmail account you own. Outbound Engagement needs an active social account we can comment from, and access to it. Checkout asks you to confirm both for whatever you buy.

When Email Marketing starts. Sending starts within five business days of payment. The clock pauses while we wait on you: your answers to the short form after checkout, or your approval of the three emails. Business days are as defined under The Blueprint below.

When Outbound Engagement starts. Comments start within five business days of payment. The clock pauses while we wait on you: access to the account we comment from, or your approval of the target list. Business days are as defined under The Blueprint below.

The Blueprint

On time or free. The Blueprint is delivered within five business days of payment. If it is late, we refund the $650 automatically, and you keep the Blueprint.

Something new, or your money back. Within 14 days of delivery, reply to your delivery email with your fix list, each fix marked “knew it” or “new.” If none of it was new to you, we refund the $650, and you keep the Blueprint.

Limits. One refund per Blueprint, $650 at most. A refunded Blueprint carries no credit toward a monthly plan. The second promise ends once the credit is used on a plan.

Credit toward a monthly plan. Start any monthly plan within 60 days of delivery and the $650 comes off your first month. It does not come off a single service bought from the menu.

Business days are Monday to Friday, Central time, excluding US federal holidays.

Refunds

Payments already taken are not refunded, including the month a cancellation falls in, except under the Blueprint promises above. We deliver the work that month is paid for. If something has gone wrong, email us before you do anything else: nothing here stops us from making it right.

Price changes

The price you are paying does not change while your subscription runs. If a price changes, you are told before it applies to you, and you can cancel under the terms above.

What you keep

Everything we build runs on accounts and domains in your name, so when an engagement ends you keep it. That is the point of the whole arrangement and it does not change because you cancelled.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site, including the name Wreckedify, are owned by Wreckedify. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites, such as social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
