Inbound Engagement

They came to you. Somebody should be home.

Replies under your own posts, from your account. Written by a person who read the comment first. Up to fifteen under each post on the Loop, thirty on the Circuit, and no cap on the Gateway. Every post we worked, linked in your report.

What almost nobody does

Your posts get comments. Nobody answers them.

The agency posts and leaves. The coordinator is on to the next one. The comments sit there, some of them from people ready to buy, and a reply four days later reads like nobody was home.

We answer them. The ones worth answering.

What you get

Four things, every month.

01

Replies, from your account.

Under the comments on your own posts. Written after reading the comment, not pasted under it. Human-sent.

02

Judgment on which ones.

Spam gets nothing. Bots get nothing. Some comments are better left alone, because a reply would make it worse. Knowing which is the job.

03

The whole thread.

When they write back, we write back. A conversation does not stop at one reply because the count said so.

04

Every post, linked.

Your month-end report links each post we worked. The replies are there, under the comments they answered.

Plainly

What this is not.

Not a reply to every comment. Some should not get one, and answering them would be the wrong move for your brand.

Not "thanks for sharing" pasted forty times.

Not your DMs. Those are counted separately.

The unit

What counts, and what doesn't.

One reply is one reply posted under a comment on your post. The cap is per post: fifteen on the Loop, thirty on the Circuit, none on the Gateway. If it turns into a back-and-forth, our replies after the first do not count against it.

Spam, bots, and comments that should not get a reply: not replied to, not counted.

The cap is per post. Unused replies on one post do not carry over to the next.

Who

Who this is for.

  • Your posts get comments, and they sit there for days.
  • You are the one answering them, at night, from your phone.
  • Your agency posts and has never replied to anyone.
  • People ask real questions under your posts, and never hear back.

How it runs

The rhythm.

  • Every day.We read what came in under your posts. What deserves a reply gets one. What does not, does not.
  • When they write back.We write back.
  • Month end.The report. Every post we worked, linked.

Where it comes.

The Loop answers up to fifteen replies under each post. The Circuit answers up to thirty. The Gateway has no cap. The Table does not include replies.

Questions

Questions.

Can I buy this on its own?

No. Replies come inside the Loop, the Circuit and the Gateway, and every plan starts with the Blueprint.

What if a post takes off?

On the Gateway, it is the job, with no cap. On the Loop and the Circuit, the cap is per post, and judgment decides which comments get the reply. Spam and bots still get nothing.

Do you reply to everything?

No. Some comments should not get a reply, and a person can tell which. That is most of what you are paying for.

How do I know it happened?

Your month-end report links every post we worked. The replies are there, under the comments they answered.

Does this include DMs?

No. Inbound DMs are counted separately: thirty a month on the Loop, no cap on the Circuit or the Gateway.

Can I get more?

Move up a plan. The Circuit allows thirty per post, and the Gateway has no cap.
