What counts, and what does not.

One outbound comment is one comment posted under someone else’s post. Replies in that thread do not count against your total.

One recipient is one address on your list. Each one gets up to three emails.

A piece is one social post, one email, or one section of a page. A full landing page, long-form article, or video script counts as two.

Replies under your posts stop at thirty per post. If one becomes a back-and-forth, our replies after the first do not count against the thirty. There is no fair-use limit on inbound DMs. No cap means no cap.

Monthly volumes do not roll over.

With PostTrace. For founding clients, the install comes with the plan. It starts on day one if you prepay the first two months, or once your second monthly payment clears. The tools run in your name at cost, about $59 to $119 a month, and maintenance is included while you are on a plan. It gives you constant access to the connected performance history, and we use that evidence in the weekly readout to make faster decisions about what to repeat, improve, test again, or stop. The history compounds, and the system and data remain yours if you leave or move to another option.

Without PostTrace. You receive the same content, publishing, outbound work, inbound coverage, reviews, shot list, monthly report, and weekly readout without the always-on view or connected history.

Why only two platforms?

The larger volume goes deeper on the two platforms the Blueprint identifies as most useful for your buyers and goals. Sixteen posts across two platforms creates a stronger presence than scattering the same work across four.

What is a shot list?

The plan for the shoot. Every shot in order, how it should be framed, what gets said, and the notes that make the day move quickly. It is written from the monthly plan, so the footage supports the work already scheduled.

Do you film it?

We partner with video and editing teams for filmed work. Every video project is scoped separately because each partner prices by scope. The shot list is ready either way.

What does no cap mean?

Every inbound DM on the accounts you assign to us is answered. A giveaway that fills the inbox, or a week that does not slow down, is still covered. Replies under your posts stop at thirty per post; the Gateway has no cap on those. The only messages that reach you are questions only you can answer and sales conversations you should handle yourself.

Do you work inside our DMs?

Only on the platforms you approve. Some clients assign every inbox to us. Others assign one or none. You decide where we work.

What if we leave?

You keep the accounts, content, plans, and shot lists because they were built on your logins from day one. If you use PostTrace, its connected system and history stay yours too.

What counts as one recipient?

One address on your list. Each one gets up to three emails, and a reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends that recipient’s sequence.

What if we do not have an email list?

Then building one becomes a goal in your monthly plan, and email starts once it exists. Until then, that part of the plan goes unused. Monthly volumes do not roll over.
